What to do if you have wrong or damaged item in your order?
We strive to deliver your order in a timely manner and of appropriate quality, but if you received a damaged order/product, leave a message to us in the Customer Support Center using the feedback form in Contacts menu.

Payment options
There are 3 ways to pay for the order on our website:<br>
• Kaspi Pay – if you choose Kaspi Pay, you will be directed to the page with the QR code to pay for your order.<br>
• Payment via Robokassa system – if you choose Robokassa, you will be directed to the page for entering your bank card details.<br>
• Payment with cryptocurrency.

What payment card is better to pay for the order?
You card should support Visa or Mastercard and online payments, so we advise you to turn to the issuing bank of your card or the bank when you plan to open the card.

Payment for the order with cryptocurrency
New way to pay for orders in MH<br>
• MH website introduced the possibility to pay for the order with cryptocurrency.<br>
• Tether USDT (TRC20 network) crypto wallet is used.<br>
• When paying with cryptocurrency, additional fee is charged, so make sure that you have enough funds in your wallet to pay for the order and the fee so charged.<br>
• Should the amount paid appear to be less than the order amount, your payment will not be processed and the order will remain unpaid.<br><br>
To pay for the order:<br>
• Select Tether USDT (TRC20 network) in Order Payment section and press Pay button.<br>
• You will be directed to the page where you should copy the link for payment.<br>
• Enter your crypto wallet (in our example it is Freewallet), insert the above link for payment and select Tether TRC20 network.<br>
• We will receive your payment within an hour and you will see the paid order in your account.

Who can become a partner of Marine Health
Any citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who has turned 18 and has a permission from parents or guardians can be a Partner of Marine Health.

Forgot password?
You have two ways to reset your password – via the application and via the browser.<br><br>
To reset the password via the application:<br>
1. Go to the homepage and press Forgot Password<br>
2. Enter your e-mail registered in your account<br>
3. Verification code will be sent to the registered number<br>
4. Create and set a new password<br>
5. Enter the verification code and press Reset button<br><br>
To reset the password via the browser, if you are not in Kazakhstan:<br>
1. Go to Forgot Password section<br>
2. Enter your e-mail<br>
3. The system will find your phone number. You need to enter 4 last figures of the number set at registration.<br>
4. A call will come to your phone and you will need to enter 6 last figures of the calling number. <br>
5. Create a new password (at least 8 symbols) and press Save button.<br><br>
For reset the password via the browser, if you are in Kazakhstan:<br>
1. Go to Forgot Password section<br>
2. Enter your e-mail<br>
3. The system will find your phone number and send SMS message with the verification code.<br>
4. Enter the verification code in the given field.<br>
5. Create a new password (at least 8 symbols) and press Save button.<br><br>

Can I change the details of my account (first name, last name, phone number and e-mail)?
In case you find any grammatical errors in your profile details, you can address <a href="https://wa.me/77068080800">the Customer Support Center</a> specifying the following:<br>
• email address registered in the business system<br>
• error details <br>
• correct variant <br>
• identity card (where necessary) <br>
You can change a phone number and e-mail address in your account by yourself.<br>

What to do to attach photo to the account?
There is a function Replace Photo in My Profile section. There you can change the main photo and add additional photos.

What to do to check bar codes of Marine Health products?
You can check our bar code in any browser, for example, Google:<br>
• Enter bar code figures and open the link to the International Barcodes Database website. <br>
• When reading the bar code you will see the name of the product and the Company. <br>
Besides, there are various mobile applications for reading bar codes, but they can fail to distinguish some bar codes. <br>
According to the International Article Numbering Association, there are two barcode databases in the world: GS1 and DISAI. and since both bases were established in the USA, some mobile applications read any code as American.
