Ashitaba (Angelica Keiskei Koidzumi) is a species of the celery family, and it is a large perennial plant. It thrives on the rich volcanic soil of Hachijo Island in Japan. 🌳🇯🇵


 Ashitaba is a rich source of essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Japanese scientists have discovered that its yellow juice has valuable carcinostatic, antithrombotic and ulcerative properties.
